At Royal Westcourt, we’re more than a club—we’re a community. To ensure a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable environment for everyone, we ask all members, guests, and staff to follow this Code of Conduct.

1. Respect Comes First

Treat all players, staff, and guests with courtesy and respect, on and off the court. Discrimination, harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

2. Good Sportsmanship Always

Whether you win or lose, play fair. Encourage others, be gracious in victory and defeat, and follow the spirit of the game.

3. Safety Is Everyone’s Responsibility

Use equipment properly, follow club guidelines, and report unsafe conditions. Play responsibly and respect personal space.

4. Keep It Clean

Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the club, including courts, golf simulators, locker rooms, and the restaurant. Dispose of waste properly.

5. Club Property Is Community Property

Respect all club property and equipment. Any intentional damage may result in repair costs or suspension.

6. Stay on Schedule

Honor court and simulator booking times. Be punctual, and leave the space ready for the next group.

7. Dress Code

Appropriate athletic attire and non-marking shoes are required on courts. Shirtless play or inappropriate clothing is not allowed.

8. Alcohol & Substance Use

Alcohol is permitted in designated areas only. Illegal drugs or excessive intoxication are grounds for immediate removal.

9. Guest Policy

Members are responsible for their guests’ behavior. Guests must check in, follow all rules, and may be subject to a guest fee.

10. Membership Integrity

Use your own membership only. Sharing access or abusing booking privileges may result in suspension or termination.

Violations

Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may lead to verbal warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent revocation of membership, depending on the severity of the issue.
